One day in 2012 I was watching the news and came across a story on how garage sales were booming all over the valley. I stop for a second and decided to go through all of my belongings and prepared for a garage sale. On my very first Saturday ever doing something such as a yard sale, and after 6 hours I closed the doors clearing 1285 dollars. After losing my business in 2008 I realized I tapped into a NICHE that will never cease.
